UBS APLINK MRX 1435 High Resolution Inkjet Printer is designed to print directly on large porous areas. It is created with the ultimate technology to print directly on large porous surfaces of cases. Designed and manufactured to print texts, images, logos, symbols and any 100% legible 1D/2D barcodes compatible with GS1 standards (GTIN13, GTIN14, G21-128, GS1 Datamatrix…) for secondary packages of porous surfaces, such as corrugated carton cases, cardboard trays and paper bags, etc. 4th generation piezo electric print head allows printing messages up to 144mm height, of high contrast, using eco-friendly oil-based ink, at resolutions up to 185×720 dpi and speed up to 110/min. Thanks to its modular design, APLINK MRX 1435 allows simultaneous use of 1 or 2 printheads connected to a user-friendly 10.1” colored touch screen controller, that allows operating each printhead independently through its intuitive and easy-to-use icons. The non-pressurized ink bottle contains oil-based ink, 100% mineral oil free. It can be replaced without having to stop the printing process, which avoids having to stop the production line to change the consumable. The innovative temperature and drop volume control technology, ensures a low consumption and a reliable print out and it becomes a great tool for cost-saving on the production line. APLINK MRX 1435 is easy to install and integrate and offering a wide connectivity range to any IT or automatization system, through WYSIWYG interface UBS Designer® and UBS Labman® Software, that allow to manage and transmit data to or from any ERP, MES, WMS or DBMS. APLINK MRX 1435 Printer, can also work on standalone mode, uploading the messages through a USB drive or Ethernet connection.
